Two Thousand Words on My Neighborhood and House
Ok today for you, I have two pictures: the first inside my house and the second of my neighborhood.
Below is 270 degrees inside my house. The picture sorta makes it look like I have studio, but I started in my main room and continued into my bedroom and the came back out and continued with my main room. You cant see the third room, which is my guest room.

And now here is a picture of my quartier. My friend Franck who lives next door came along, so he appears several times in the photo. Things may look a little strange, and somethings are just not true in the picture. For example I believe there is a house in the picture that isnt real. This happened just because of the way it showed up twice in the background of two different photos. Anyways, I hope you can get an idea of what my neighborhood looks like!

p.s. I created these images with the GIMP. I imported pictures until the GIMP told me I ran out of memory. At which point I said fine i'll continue with these images. I fought and fought my computer as it thrash my photos between my flash memory and RAM. Finally it was done (enough), and i went to export it. It completely refused to do it, insufficient memory. Dang. So, I close every possible program and even tried to export it on the command line. Nope. Then I tried to install the GIMP on my ryanjyoder.com web server, no beans, too many dependencies. Finally I found out that the *convert* will convert between xcf (naive GIMP format) and jpg. Wow. So i upload my image in xcf format (after splitting into 126 piece to combat my occasional losses of internet connection) to my webserver, which has 16gigs of memory and ssh access. YES! After maybe 15 minutes or so of about 150% processor usage I finally had the "neighborhood_all.jpg" you can see above. Is this "ps" longer than my post? oops. (not in terms of KBs)
